For more than three decades, Narinder Sharma has led humanitarian, development, and emergency response initiatives across Africa, the Middle East, South Asia, and Canada. Throughout his career with UNICEF and in subsequent advisory roles, he has worked alongside governments, United Nations agencies, donors, academic institutions, and community organizations to strengthen public services, protect vulnerable populations, and build resilient communities.
 
His leadership has spanned humanitarian emergencies, refugee and displacement crises, water and sanitation programs, education, child protection, organizational leadership, and international development. From conflict-affected regions to long-term development initiatives, his work has focused on delivering practical, sustainable solutions while building partnerships across cultures and institutions.
